Though Mexican cinema reached its golden age in the 1940s with quality comedies and dramas that rivaled traditional Hollywood fare, the 1970s and `80s produced a spate of crime-dramas, musicals, and Westerns that retain a cult following to this day. This collection of classic Mexican cinema presents a trio of musical-comedy Westerns from the 1970s: EL ANDARIEGO (1976), LOS TRES COMPADRES (1974), and LOS GALLEROS DE JALISCO (1973).
